Checklist for the Mortgage Process. Please supply this to us within 24-48 hours.

Copy of IDs – valid driver’s license, state ID or passport
Most recent pay stubs reflecting 1 FULL month of income
Most recent 2-month bank statements (all accounts and all pages)
Most recent 2 years of W2s & federal tax returns (Personal and business. If self-employed, please contact me for more details)
There may be other items needed including but not limited to: DD214, recent mortgage statement, bankruptcy paperwork, divorce decree, social security awards letter, pension statement, child support payment information, etc.. (if applicable)
Very Important, Please Read
In the meantime, please do not open or apply for any new credit. If you have credit cards, please do not charge anything on them and continue to make your on-time payments. Do not switch jobs or quit your job because this can negatively impact your loan approval. Continue to pay all your bills on time and please do not deposit cash into your bank account (payroll from your employer is okay). If you have any questions or are unsure of something, please call me before you do it.
